Matador Foods: A Soul's Passion
Our catering services have been available for 11 years in Los Cabos, as Chefs for private events, weddings, villas, anniversaries or birthdays. The Matador Restaurant is also affiliated with Air Chef, with services for private jets. Pablo (owner of the restaurant) has been working his way and honing his craft through some of our local hotels as well as in Mexico City, Cancun, Ixtapa, and Zihuatlanejo. Pablo came to learn classic and contemporary cuisine, Italian, French, Spanish and here at Restaurante El Matador, a Mexican - Mediterranean / European fusion. The key of the Restaurant is mixing international cuisine with the cornerstone of Mexican cuisine: the chile (chili pepper).
